Sep 11, 2026New York, NYDominican Republic

G.M., a lawful permanent resident from the Dominican Republic, was arrested by ICE at his home on Oct. 5, 2020, and held for 21 months without a bond hearing during removal proceedings tied to a 2015 second-degree assault conviction.
