Cynthia Raygoza, Sandra Carmona Samane, and Ashleigh Brown were federally charged after livestreaming themselves following an ICE agent from Downtown Los Angeles to his home in Baldwin Park on August 28, 2025, then shouting his identity to neighbors and allegedly posting his address online. They were indicted on conspiracy and federal agent-doxxing charges, each carrying up to five years in prison per count. At trial, jurors acquitted all three of the doxxing conspiracy charge after evidence showed they did not know they were following the agent home and never actually disclosed his address during the livestream. Two of the women were instead convicted of stalking, a charge their attorney called an unprecedented application of federal law, and now face up to five years in prison. The agent testified the incident led his family to move and his son to leave his high school, though Baldwin Park police confirmed there were no repeat incidents, injuries, or weapons involved, and the agent acknowledged relatives still reside at the property.
