Man arrested after ICE vehicle crash in Oxnard released

Leo Martinez, a volunteer with VC Defensa, was arrested by federal agents after a collision involving an ICE vehicle on October 16, 2025. Video evidence showed an ICE Jeep ramming Martinez's Nissan truck. Martinez was released the same day at a federal facility in Los Angeles, and the U.S. Attorney's Office declined to pursue charges.
