Shoplifting suspect arrested, to be turned over to ICE
Juan Carlos Quevedo Ferrer, 46, was arrested by Wildwood police for allegedly conducting 10 self-checkout fraud incidents at Target between November and March, in which he scanned lower-priced items like taco seasoning instead of the actual merchandise he purchased, totaling $181 in losses. Following his arrest, he is to be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
