Two women convicted of stalking ICE agent during Los Angeles protests
Ashleigh Brown and Cynthia Raygoza, both 38, were convicted of stalking a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, identified in court as Rogelio Reyes Huitzilin, after following him from a federal building to his home in Baldwin Park on August 28, 2025. Prosecutors said the women livestreamed the encounter, shared his address, and shouted that "ICE lives on your street," with the agent's wife and children present. Both were acquitted of conspiring to publish his personal information, while a third defendant, Sandra Samane, was acquitted of both charges. Huitzilin testified that his family has lived in fear since the incident and moved out of their neighborhood; Brown and Raygoza each face up to five years in federal prison, with sentencing scheduled for June 8, 2026.
