Indigenous Peruvian mother and son face deportation to Honduras under asylum cooperative agreement
L.H., an Indigenous Quechua woman, fled Peru in 2021 with her minor son Y.V. after years of severe gender- and race-based domestic violence, including kidnapping, stalking, and a knife assault by her ex-partner.
