Father detained by ICE while traveling, held out of state as family raises bond
Eduardo, a father of three living in Maryland, was detained by ICE agents in upstate New York while traveling for work at the end of summer. His older son, who was with him during a school break, was also detained but later released, requiring Eduardo's wife to drive from Maryland to New York to bring him home safely. Eduardo is now being held out of state, and a bond of $30,000 was granted on October 9th, which his family is working to raise. He has three children, including a daughter who recently graduated high school and two sons who play soccer.
