Photographer Sprayed with Chemical Irritant by ICE Agent While Documenting Arrest
Dylan Linet, a Minneapolis resident and photographer, was sprayed in the face with chemical irritant by an ICE agent while photographing federal officers conducting an arrest on Lake Street. Linet was standing approximately 10 feet away from officers when one agent screamed profanities and immediately sprayed him, causing blindness and extreme pain. This declaration is part of a class action lawsuit against DHS, ICE, and other federal agencies challenging their enforcement activities.
