Nicaraguan man alleges abuse by agents before deportation to Africa
Kenis López, a Nicaraguan man deported by the United States to the Central African Republic, says agents shot him with rubber bullets, dragged him, and tied him to a stretcher to force him onto the deportation flight. He says he is now held under strict restrictions alongside dozens of other migrants and fears for his life. ICE has not responded to the allegations of mistreatment.
