A witness reported that around eight of the schoolchildren actually made it onto the school bus.

28-year-old Guatemalan man develops infected genital rash, waits four months without medical care due to lack of soap

Staff attributed symptoms to stress and sent him to a psychologist instead of treating his physical condition. He signed up for medical care eight consecutive days without receiving it. He repeatedly asked guards to review the camera footage.
