Chicagoan walking to the subway is handcuffed by six masked agents and threatened with a Taser: 'I'm dark-skinned, so that's why they picked me up'
A Chicagoan walking to the subway, earbuds in and listening to Coldplay, was stopped by half-a-dozen masked agents, handcuffed and pushed against their vehicle, and threatened with a Taser pointed at his ribs if he moved while they asked if he was a U.S. citizen. Ernesto Diaz said: 'I'm Hispanic and I'm dark (skinned), so that's why they picked me up. It feels scary because I'm wearing a target — you know, pick me up because I'm this color. It shouldn't be like that.'
