Óscar José Araujo Mejía, a Salvadoran man, was shot by ICE agents while driving through Glen Burnie, Maryland, and suffered fractures to his vertebrae and skull after his van crashed between two buildings. A passenger from Portugal was also injured in the crash. DHS said agents fired after the driver failed to stop and drove into several ICE vehicles, while Araujo Mejía's family says hospital staff have not provided them information about his condition.
