Ramon Avilez-Frias and Maria Del Pilar Moreno-Loredo, longtime employees of Cisco's, Austin's oldest Tex-Mex restaurant, were detained by ICE on September 7 at 6 a.m. as they arrived for work. Both are described as hardworking, tax-paying people with no criminal records who are parents and spouses. A GoFundMe campaign was started to help their families cover legal costs and daily expenses while they remain in ICE custody.
