Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, a Haitian national who went viral for shouting "Biden forever" and refusing to accept deportation during his January 2025 ICE arrest in Massachusetts, has been deported to Haiti. DHS said Charles had originally received Temporary Protected Status in 2013 before it was terminated by USCIS in 2022, and he was held in federal custody for about 19 months after his arrest while his case proceeded. A DOJ immigration judge issued a final removal order in November 2025, and DHS said Charles has 17 prior criminal convictions, including assault and drug-related offenses.
