Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested Noe Lux Castro, a Guatemalan national whom ICE said entered the country without authorization at an unknown time and place, during the Southwest Florida enforcement sweep in the Fort Myers area. Troopers said Castro seized a trooper's Taser during the arrest and attempted to use it against the officer. He was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and resisting an officer without violence. ICE listed his age as 24, though a photo caption listed him as 28, a discrepancy that has not been resolved.
