His family says the arrest was unlawful and are unable to locate him within the 24-48 hour ICE processing window. Arias has a heart condition and his family is urgently seeking to confirm his location so he can access his medication, and has appealed to Representatives Sylvia Garcia, Greg Casar, and Joaquin Castro for help.
