The US supreme court ruled in favor of the Trump administration's bid to strip temporary protected status from hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians who had been legally living and working in the US. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said of Haitians, 'We're going after them right now. These individuals can either self-deport or we'll arrest you and send you back.' Those losing TPS face possible deportation to countries including Afghanistan, Haiti and South Sudan.
