Texas siblings tackled, detained after filming immigration arrest
Jan 1, 2026·Location: TX

Three siblings driving in Texas were detained after stopping to film an immigration arrest last summer. One sibling, a young teen, said agents "tackled me down" with an agent's knee behind his knee, causing sharp pain, and he was separated from his mother, a green card holder, fearing agents would take her away too. The siblings have filed claims for damages with the government.
