Doorbell camera footage captured three ICE agents tackling Juan Saldana, a Colombian asylum seeker, outside his Mill Creek apartment as he tried to scan his key fob to get inside. A friend said Saldana was heading to work when agents arrested him. Saldana has no criminal history and has never been issued a deportation order.
