The Department of Homeland Security sent Homeland Security Investigations agents into Minnesota, arresting 12 people and charging 15 total with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer as part of an operation targeting alleged 'Anti-ICE Rioters' affiliated with Antifa. DHS cited evidence including a shirt reading 'I am ANTIFA,' kicking a vehicle, and forming a 'soft blockade' with shields that protesters used to shield themselves and others from pepper spray, tear gas, and rubber bullets.
