The Trump administration is offering $2,500 to unaccompanied migrant children age 14 and older if they voluntarily return to their home countries. The Department of Homeland Security characterized the program as "strictly voluntary" and aimed at helping children reunite with families. Immigrant advocates characterized the program as "cash bribes for kids."
