Huabing Xie, an immigrant from China, died in custody at the Imperial Regional Detention Facility in Calexico after suffering a seizure on Friday. Staff administered CPR and used a defibrillator, but Xie was pronounced dead at El Centro Regional Medical Center. This is the second ICE custody death in California in two weeks. Immigrants' rights groups have called for a full investigation.
