Noncitizen Re-detained After Previous Release on Bond
Nov 13, 2025
Jaime Humberto Vadillo Aranda was re-detained by immigration authorities on November 13, 2025, after having been previously released on bond or conditional parole. The court found that the government violated due process by failing to provide a pre-deprivation bond hearing before re-detaining him. The court ordered his immediate release with the same conditions he had prior to detention.
