The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Trump administration's no-bond policy for people in immigration proceedings. This ruling deepens a circuit split, as the 2nd Circuit reached a similar conclusion in April while the 5th and 8th circuits upheld the policy. The three-judge panel issued a 2-1 ruling on the policy that has been in effect since July.
