51 people arrested in I-90 corridor enforcement operation near St. Regis

U.S. Border Patrol, Montana Highway Patrol, and other law enforcement agencies conducted a five-day multi-agency operation along the Interstate 90 corridor near St. Regis, arresting 51 people including 41 undocumented immigrants. The operation seized over 14 pounds of methamphetamine, nearly 14 pounds of cocaine, fentanyl, and marijuana, and recovered two missing juveniles from Washington state. Law enforcement also recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested individuals with felony warrants and DUI convictions. Federal and state agencies stated the operation targeted transnational criminal organizations engaged in narcotics trafficking and migrant smuggling.
