Man in Halloween costume thrown to ground by Border Patrol, suffers traumatic brain injury

A resident known as George, returning from the YMCA in a yellow Curious George costume to attend a Halloween parade with his two young daughters, was suddenly thrown to the ground by a Border Patrol agent during immigration enforcement operations in Old Irving Park. He was treated at urgent care for a mild traumatic brain injury and described head pain for days following the incident. He stated this was the most violent episode he had witnessed in his neighborhood.
