Ngwanq Ransome Mupbah, a Cameroonian citizen who entered the U.S. in December 2022, was arrested on June 1, 2026, by ICE agents in the lobby of the Sacramento ERO office after an Immigration Judge denied his asylum application and ordered his removal. He was transferred to Golden State Annex Detention Facility in McFarland, California.
