According to a neighbor who filmed the incident, the man told the federal agents who he was and pleaded with them to check his ID, but agents forced him to the ground, handcuffed him, and placed him in their vehicle without verifying his identity. A separate video circulating online shows the man continuing to ask agents to check his ID while being handcuffed, which they refused to do.
