Federal agents pull landscaper from work trailer in Elmhurst, pepper-spray him in the face from six inches away

In Elmhurst, Illinois, federal agents attempted to detain a worker entering a trailer containing a lawnmower and tools. After he refused to produce immigration documents or leave the trailer, agents pulled him out, causing him to fall. As multiple agents tried to pin him to the ground and handcuff him, an agent pepper sprayed him in the face from approximately six inches away. The incident was documented in a CBP E-STAR Use of Force Incident Report.
