In Cicero, Illinois, after approaching a man near a gas station, federal agents chased him for several hundred feet, around a fence, and into an automotive repair business before one agent tased him from about three feet away. He fell to the ground during the five-second cycle and was arrested. The incident was documented in a CBP E-STAR Use of Force Incident Report.
