A Latino man was arrested by ICE agents in Smyrna, Georgia while walking to cash his weekly paycheck. According to witnesses, a federal agent exited a vehicle with his gun drawn and pointed at the man without stated cause, followed by other agents who tackled him to the ground and handcuffed him. The man has lived in the U.S. since 2001, has no criminal record, and communicated to family members that the arrest was a traumatic experience.
