Sheriff's deputies blocked exits while law enforcement chased mothers, fathers, and children into the creek, resulting in multiple arrests including Torres. His family states he was detained for no reason and never deserved to be threatened or treated this way. His cousin is raising funds for legal fees to secure his release.
