Marine Veteran's Father Sues ICE and DHS for Deportation
Aug 2, 2026 · San Diego, CA, Mexico
A man deported to Mexico after being detained at Camp Pendleton is suing ICE and DHS for violating federal law and his rights. He and his wife were detained despite having pending U visa applications and work permits that should have provided protection from enforcement. His son, a former Marine Sergeant, claims the family faced discrimination and false accusations of criminal activity.
