Man who entered legally and married U.S. citizen detained by ICE, denied medical care

Andre Kalyakin entered the United States legally on a J-1 exchange visitor visa more than sixteen years ago and married a U.S. citizen. He is currently detained by ICE at Winn Correctional Center and reports being denied basic medical care, given spoiled milk, and brown tapwater while in custody. Kalyakin wrote a letter describing his detention conditions.
