14-year-old witnesses father arrested by ICE at traffic stop on I-5 near Chehalis

Ezequiel Pacas Sr., a 37-year-old contractor, was arrested by ICE during a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Chehalis, Washington on June 27 while driving with his 14-year-old son Ezequiel Jr. to a painting job. According to video and the son's account, ICE agents arrived with guns drawn and told Pacas Sr. they had a warrant for his arrest, though his wife Kassondra says agents never showed her any documentation. The arrest left Ezequiel Jr. overwhelmed and abandoned at the scene until his mother arrived after receiving his location. Pacas Sr. is being held at the Northwest ICE Processing Center in Tacoma, Washington. His wife says the family's four children are all U.S. citizens and the family has struggled emotionally since the arrest, living in constant fear.

Husband detained on ICE hold after traffic stop, family struggles financially

Cesilia is raising funds for legal fees, court travel, and living expenses to support the family during his detention.

21 undocumented immigrants detained in ICE raid at Texarkana nightclub

The raid resulted in the detention of 21 undocumented immigrants. Local police framed the operation as a response to complaints about illegal alcohol sales to minors, though ICE involvement resulted in immigration-related detentions. The band performing at the venue and community members protested the raid.

Russian asylum seeker detained by Arkansas police, transferred to Louisiana facility

Anton Bulgakov, a Russian national who entered the U.S. on a B-2 visa and filed for asylum, was detained by Arkansas police during a traffic stop on May 5, 2026. Oliver Escobar Tovar, 45, was arrested around 5 a.m. on Wednesday following a traffic stop in Paragould, Arkansas after an officer observed expired tags on his vehicle. During the stop, Tovar provided a passport and insurance information, though one source notes he stated he did not have a driver's license or registration. After police contacted Homeland Security Investigators regarding Tovar's immigration status, authorities determined he had been previously deported. ICE placed a detainer on Tovar at Greene County jail.

South Arkansas man detained during immigration check-in, facing deportation to Guatemala

Little Rock woman says ICE targeted her husband due to activism

Kara Dominguez, a U.S. citizen and activist who runs La Voz del Pueblo, a grassroots group tracking ICE activity on Facebook, alleges that ICE arrested her husband Olvin Dominguez on November 5, 2025, in retaliation for her activism. According to Kara, her husband reported that ICE officers said they had been monitoring her Facebook page. Olvin Dominguez, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras with no criminal record who has lived in the U.S. for 17 years, was transferred to Winn Correctional Center in Louisiana.

Cristina Osornio, a legal permanent resident and mother of six who has lived in the U.S. since infancy, was stopped by police in Rogers on September 15, 2025, for driving without insurance and with a suspended license. She was arrested on a warrant for missing a court appearance in a misdemeanor domestic violence case and held at Benton County Jail on an ICE hold for four days before being released without explanation. Osornio said the detention was "very scary" and exacerbated her health conditions. Her husband, Edwin Sanchez-Mendoza, was deported to Mexico after a misdemeanor arrest months earlier, leaving the family without their primary breadwinner and forcing them to lose their home.

Arkansas man seeks justice after wrongful arrest led to ICE detainment
