Ezequiel Pacas Sr., a 37-year-old contractor, was arrested by ICE during a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Chehalis, Washington on June 27 while driving with his 14-year-old son Ezequiel Jr. to a painting job. According to video and the son's account, ICE agents arrived with guns drawn and told Pacas Sr. they had a warrant for his arrest, though his wife Kassondra says agents never showed her any documentation. The arrest left Ezequiel Jr. overwhelmed and abandoned at the scene until his mother arrived after receiving his location. Pacas Sr. is being held at the Northwest ICE Processing Center in Tacoma, Washington. His wife says the family's four children are all U.S. citizens and the family has struggled emotionally since the arrest, living in constant fear.

Jose Guadalupe Rojas Quintanar was pulled over for not having a driver's license in Paragould, Arkansas, and arrested. An ICE hold was discovered during the traffic stop, and he is now detained at a correctional facility in Louisiana. His wife Cesilia, who works as an Uber driver at night, is caring for their two young sons alone while managing household expenses. Cesilia is raising funds for legal fees, court travel, and living expenses to support the family during his detention.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and local law enforcement conducted an operation at Club Level nightclub in Texarkana, Arkansas on Saturday, June 19, 2026. The raid resulted in the detention of 21 undocumented immigrants. Local police framed the operation as a response to complaints about illegal alcohol sales to minors, though ICE involvement resulted in immigration-related detentions. The band performing at the venue and community members protested the raid.

Anton Bulgakov, a Russian national who entered the U.S. on a B-2 visa and filed for asylum, was detained by Arkansas police during a traffic stop on May 5, 2026. The officer stated Bulgakov had violated immigration law and took him to county jail, where ICE later transferred him to Jackson Parish Correctional Center in Louisiana. The court granted a temporary restraining order preventing his removal before his June 15, 2026 asylum hearing.

Oliver Escobar Tovar, 45, was arrested around 5 a.m. on Wednesday following a traffic stop in Paragould, Arkansas after an officer observed expired tags on his vehicle. During the stop, Tovar provided a passport and insurance information, though one source notes he stated he did not have a driver's license or registration. After police contacted Homeland Security Investigators regarding Tovar's immigration status, authorities determined he had been previously deported. ICE placed a detainer on Tovar at Greene County jail.

Anderson Tumin-Rivas, a 24-year-old Guatemalan national living in southern Arkansas, was detained by ICE after showing up for a scheduled immigration check-in appointment in Little Rock on January 22, 2026. He is now held in Winn Parish, Louisiana, awaiting deportation to Guatemala. Tumin-Rivas had been living in the U.S. under the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program and was married with a young son.

Kara Dominguez, a U.S. citizen and activist who runs La Voz del Pueblo, a grassroots group tracking ICE activity on Facebook, alleges that ICE arrested her husband Olvin Dominguez on November 5, 2025, in retaliation for her activism. According to Kara, her husband reported that ICE officers said they had been monitoring her Facebook page. Olvin Dominguez, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras with no criminal record who has lived in the U.S. for 17 years, was transferred to Winn Correctional Center in Louisiana.

ICE stopped and arrested 3 individuals who were traveling to work at a Family Dollar store on Robinson Avenue in Springdale, Arkansas. Officers broke the car windows during the stop. ICE was reported to have been spotted in other areas of the city that same morning.

A Northwest Arkansas man was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement following a traffic stop. According to his attorney, the man is a U.S. citizen. He has since been released and returned home.

Cristina Osornio, a legal permanent resident and mother of six who has lived in the U.S. since infancy, was stopped by police in Rogers on September 15, 2025, for driving without insurance and with a suspended license. She was arrested on a warrant for missing a court appearance in a misdemeanor domestic violence case and held at Benton County Jail on an ICE hold for four days before being released without explanation. Osornio said the detention was "very scary" and exacerbated her health conditions. Her husband, Edwin Sanchez-Mendoza, was deported to Mexico after a misdemeanor arrest months earlier, leaving the family without their primary breadwinner and forcing them to lose their home.

Kapil Raghu was arrested by Benton police on May 3, 2025, after officers mistook a perfume bottle for an illegal substance during a traffic stop. While in jail awaiting charges, it was discovered his temporary visa had expired, leading to his transfer to an ICE detention facility in Louisiana. After being released after 30 days, Raghu is now in immigration limbo with his work authorization suspended and previous citizenship efforts halted.
