Guatemalan man restrained by ICE agents inside New York laundromat

Silvano López, a Guatemalan man, was detained and physically restrained by ICE agents inside a laundromat in New York state. His wife, Milvia Chávez, who is currently in Guatemala with their 5-month-old daughter, says he has no criminal record. Witnesses who saw the arrest expressed concern about the increase in immigration enforcement operations in the state.
