Man with health condition held nearly 10 months in ICE detention

Luis Miguel Vallecillo has been held in ICE custody for nearly 10 months. His family says he suffers from a health condition that may weaken his immune system, raising fears about his wellbeing in detention. They say six of his relatives have already been deported.
