Johnny Queda, 28, was pulled over and taken into custody by ICE agents while driving home from a construction job in Danbury, Connecticut. His fiancée, Kimberly Rivas, said Queda is from Ecuador, has lived in the U.S. for five years while working toward citizenship, pays taxes, and has an attorney. "It's just so sad because he had nothing criminal going on. He pays his taxes every year. He has a lawyer. He does everything right," Rivas said.
