DHS said the man physically resisted, reached for a pocketknife, and carried counterfeit identification, and that he was medically evaluated as a precaution. Gov. Ned Lamont said 'this has to stop' after the footage circulated. Separately, ICE arrested 28-year-old Ecuadorian national Leonel Geovanny Morocho-Arteaga during a vehicle stop in Danbury; DHS said he had entered the U.S. without inspection and had a kitchen knife in his car.
