ICE made at least 948 immigration-related arrests in the Pittsburgh region through mid-October 2025, compared to 275 arrests during the same period in 2024. Arrests peaked in July and August at around 140 per month before declining slightly in September. Local responses to the enforcement activity included the establishment of a Rapid Response Network to document actions and community activism.
