New Jersey's attorney general is investigating claims by the activist group Project NINJA that ICE used a Roxbury warehouse to detain and transfer immigrants, violating a federal court order that barred such use pending environmental review. The group provided photos and video showing ICE vehicles from a September 4 arrest in Dover entering and exiting the facility. The warehouse, purchased by DHS for nearly $130 million to become a 1,500-person detention center, has drawn bipartisan opposition.
