Two employees at Charra's and Tequila restaurant in north Bismarck were taken into ICE custody, according to a Facebook post from a person representing the business. The employees were not U.S. citizens but held permanent resident status and valid, unexpired work authorization; one of them was the owner's nephew. The restaurant's owner said the business would close temporarily, adding that staff were "scared" and the team was "in shock" after the arrests.
