U.S. citizen handcuffed and held two hours after leaving coffee shop

A U.S. citizen leaving a coffee shop in Annapolis was handcuffed by federal immigration agents, denied permission to make a phone call, and held for nearly two hours. DHS said agents moved the person elsewhere for questioning because "agitators" had gathered at the location.
