Andres Pacheco, who has lived in the United States for 23 years and is the father of three daughters, was detained by ICE agents as he arrived for work at the Fanucchi Ranch Lennar development in west Fresno. His wife said he is being held at the Golden State Annex detention facility in McFarland and described the impact on their daughters, saying, "My whole life situation changed, especially for my girls. They are so attached to their daddy." A Fresno city councilmember whose district includes the site called the enforcement action "heartbreaking."
