Honduran immigrant dies fleeing ICE in Virginia

José Castro Rivera, a 24-year-old Honduran immigrant, died on Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 264 while attempting to flee ICE agents during an enforcement operation in Norfolk, Virginia. Two other immigrants have also died while attempting to escape ICE enforcement operations under the Trump administration.
