ACLU claims ICE agents beat detainees refusing Mexico deportation

Four Cuban immigrants held at Fort Bliss detention center claim they were among dozens driven to the Mexican border and pressured by masked officials to cross into Mexico or face imprisonment and beatings. Civil liberties groups sent a letter to ICE documenting allegations of abuse related to attempted third-country deportations at the detention center.
