Honduran man fleeing ICE agents fatally struck on Virginia highway

A 24-year-old Honduran man, Josué Castro Rivera, died after being struck by a vehicle while fleeing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Interstate 264 in Norfolk, Virginia. Castro Rivera's vehicle was stopped by ICE as part of a targeted operation, and he fled on foot when agents attempted to detain him and his passengers. His death follows similar incidents involving immigrants killed during immigration enforcement operations under the Trump administration.
