Man arrested by ICE at DC police station after reporting stolen car

A 37-year-old man named Jose Argueta reported a stolen vehicle to Maryland police in November and was subsequently arrested by ICE at a DC police station. Argueta spent Christmas at an immigrant detention center following the arrest.
