ICE detains woman in Kenner in front of children

ICE agents detained a woman in Kenner during a traffic stop while two of her three children were in the car. The woman had reportedly reentered the country without authorization and faced a final removal order. A family friend is now caring for her three children while she remains in ICE custody.
