ICE detains Utah college student after traffic stop

Lisandro Pantaleon Pacheco, a 22-year-old University of Utah student, was detained by ICE agents after a traffic stop while driving to work in Park City. He was transported to West Valley City and then to Evanston, Wyoming. According to his attorney, up to 8 additional people were detained by ICE agents in the same operation. Pacheco came to the U.S. as a 1-year-old and was undocumented at the time of detention.
